November 8th - Perris, CA:
TOP 10 FINISH!!! This was the inaugural race for the Ricky Johnson's Offroad Gran Prix!
MPE Racing was out at the Perris Raceway for this event and competed fiercely in the Pro-Buggy competition. Randy took
SECOND PLACE in his heat race! He then went on to lead the field in the main event for 3 1/2 laps! At the final
moment, racing being volatile and always changing, Randy took home a 6th place finish in the main event.

September 13th & 14th - Chula
Vista, CA: TOP 10 FINISH!!! There was another fantastic turn out in the MPE
Racing pit this weekend with over 70 people joining in the excitement! CORR in Chula Vista is always a party for us
as all the local fans turn out in support and are out for racing fun. Saturday was filled with jumps, smashes and crashes
and Randy ended up doing his part to add to that and see if we were all paying attention.... and we were! The sea of
MPE Racing shirts shot up shouting and cheering as #995 was slammed into, almost tipped over and soaring over jumps.
A little too much of the bumper-car action and the racing pirate had to scoot out to some repairs. We came back strong
though thanks to all of the help in our pit area and finished 7th on Sunday and Randy sits 8th
overall in points in a field of 44. MPE RACING ROCKS!
August 16th & 17th -
Pomona, CA: TOP 5 FINISH!!! Too much racing fun this weekend! Randy
tore up the track on Saturday, starting in 26th position and then lauching to a 4th place finish! It was fantastic and
the support in the stands was incredible. Sunday saw its share of excitement and challenges as Randy was slammed into
by another racer and spun out, and then faced engine problems! He ended with a 14th place finish, but we were happy
that he was able to finish the race at all with the troubles. All in a day's race fun!
July 26th & 27th - Chula Vista,
CA: TOP 5 FINISH!!! Overall, just an AMAZING race weekend! Randy
took 6th place on Saturday, and flew into a 5th place finish on Sunday!!! Great weather, a huge crowd and tons of fun
in the MPE Racing pit area. Thanks to all of you who showed up to support the team and cheer at Randy's great finishes.
It's always terrific to see everyone in the pit area and hang out for an adrenalin filled day of racing fun!
June 7th &
8th - Pomona, CA: TOP 10 FINISH!!! Saturday had it's share of
excitement, cheers and ohhhhh's! Flying around the track, Randy ended up getting slammed by another buggy
as the side and front end of the MPE Racing Pro-Buggy took some damage and hindered the finish. With a bit of damage
he did finish the race and took a 16th place finish. With a long night of work and repairs Randy, Brian and Rookie managed
to get the car ready for Sunday's race where he pulled in for a nice 10th place finish! It's another top 10 for MPE
Racing!
May 17th &
18th - Primm, Nevada: TOP 10 FINISH!!! Randy tore up the track and took 7th place
in Saturday's race. Sunday he found his way back into that top 10 pack but didn't hold that spot as his transmission
gave out in the 12th lap. It was a very hot and dusty weekend, but the excitement of the race and energy can't be beat!
April 26th
& 27th - Pomona, CA: Randy tore into the CORR series this weekend for MPE Racing's inaugural
event by coming in 12th in Saturday's race. Sunday's race hit and some engine trouble clipped the race short for Randy.
Into his third lap he had no power at all and was towed off the track. Something that his son, Dylan, thought was actually
very cool! And his daddy even added the thrill of some fire out of the exhaust to boot! Randy was not hurt, and
his spirits soared as his lap times are strong and he is sure to be a contender in this series. We are very excited
and thankful to all that made MPE Racing's first event such a success!
